7 day Return & Exchange Window

Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your product if you’d like to return or exchange it.

Products must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, simply share an unboxing video or clear proof with us.

Once verified, we’ll arrange your return or exchange quickly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to your bank account within 48 hours after we receive and inspect your return.

Please note:

PKR 499 + 4% taxes will be deducted from the refund.

Return courier charges are the customer’s responsibility.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

A PKR 199 charge applies for dispatching the replacement product.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us on WhatsApp: 03104822263 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Share your order number and the issue you’re facing.

2. Provide proof (photo/video) if the product is damaged or defective.

3. Once approved, we’ll share our return address.

4. Send the parcel back through any courier of your choice.

5. Clearly write your order number and details on the parcel.

6. Share the tracking number with us on WhatsApp so we can keep things smooth and quick.
